Position Overview

BFLOW is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and technical troubleshooting. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a high-touch, responsive customer experience to our clients — many of whom are DME/HME suppliers navigating complex workflows.

This role is perfect for someone who is empathetic, a clear communicator, and passionate about helping customers succeed using our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line representative for all incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to support tickets and questions.

  • Assist customers in navigating BFLOW software features and workflows.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (technical support, RCM, onboarding) to resolve issues.

  • Log and track issues in our support system (e.g., Freshdesk or equivalent).

  • Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate internal stakeholders with clear documentation.

  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and self-service resources.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BFLOW features, updates, and internal procedures.

  • Participate in weekly support huddles to share feedback, trends, and feature requests.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech.

  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of DME billing or RCM processes is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in using web-based software and CRM tools.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for helping customers and solving problems with empathy and patience.

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting healthcare providers, especially in DME/HME or behavioral health.

  • Bilingual (Spanish or French) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with BFLOW software is a major advantage (training provided if not).
