Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at bflowsolutions.com as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to follow up on leads generated through various channels, engaging with potential clients, and showcasing the unique features and benefits of our software solutions. You will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, educating them on how our software can streamline their business processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively follow up on inbound leads via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to qualify prospects.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and value of our software solutions.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update CRM systems accordingly.
5. Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in sales, preferably in a software or technology-related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
– Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
