Preparing for the future

When is it time to make changes to something that doesn’t need changing?  The obvious answer is, “you don’t change whats already working.”  In our case, we keep finding better ways to improve the software, not because we are trying to keep up with our competition, but to be better and better.  Our focus this year is on finding ways to improve cash collection management or to “accelerate” cashflow by automating more tasks that often go unresolved or missed when billing teams are left to manage on their own.  So as we embark on this challenge to improve once again, we’ve set our eyes on rejection and denial management.  These are key to keeping cash flowing through the cash pipeline and are often missed, causing a backlog to be created unintentionally.  Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter for updates and news on this topic.
